- Schools Requesting CONSPIRACY OF
THOUGHT:
As a result of the horrible school shooting in Virginia, and a continuing
stint of school violence, COT has been asked by several High/Middle
Schools to perform and talk to their students about COT's new song,
Your Columbine. The song was written in response to the school violence
epidemic in North America, and several school have asked the band
to come speak to (and perform for) their student bodies and individual
classes. Some schools that have had COT recently: Poly High-Riverside,
Central Middle School-Riverside, Keystone Schools-Rancho Cucamonga,
Shamawa Middle, The Learning Tree-Palm Desert, and more...

- The IE Weekly and COT:
CONSPIRACY OF THOUGHT has recently been featured on the Inland Empires
Weekly's new CD Compilation. They have chosen COT's song Rebel Flag
off the new CD, Colorblind. The band has been feature in the Weekly
several
times in 2007, and twice in the month of June.
- CONSPIRACY IF THOUGHT on Southwest Airlines:
During the entire month of May COT was featured in Southwest Airlines
in-flight magazine, Spirit. The band was touted as one of the best
up-and-coming artists of 2007.
COT-Best Hard Rock Award:
- CONSPIRACY OF THOUGHT has won the award for Best Hard Rock in this
years Inland Empire Music Awards. The band was also nominated for best
song,
Structures, and was the winner of last years Best Live Band award.
- COT SELLS OUT at CD-Baby:

Paul Saitowitz at The Press Enterprise newspaper recently came out
to a COT practice to interview the band. Keep an eye out for the March
30th
issue of PE's The Guide magazine. CONSPIRACY OF THOUGHT will have a
full interview and photos.

- COT's N.A.M.M. Tour of Duty
COT and Platypi Design toured the 2006 National Association of Music
Merchants Show. We took some surveillance
photos you can perusehere.
- COT Makes Daily
Rotation at 6 Radio Stations Nationwide
CONSPIRACY OF THOUGHT’s Suffocate Me has just been added
to daily rotation at six stations in the Waitte Alternative Network:
KKZQ Palmdale CA, KHTR Spokane WA, KZGL Prescott AZ, KFEB Poplar MO,
WPNH Franklin New Hampshire, KLHI Maui Hawaii. These stations were
playing COT on a weekly basis, but last week they bumped COT's Suffocate
Me to daily rotation. Who says Rock-N-Roll and politics don't
mix?
- COT Wins Best Live Band Award
at IEMA's
WE DID IT! CONSPIRACY OF THOUGHT was nominated, and won, in the categories
of Best live Band in this years Inland
Empire Music Awards. We thank
all of you who came out to the shows that were judged in the IEMA competitions.
Your participation was a big part in the judges decision. As winners
of the Best Live Band competition in the IEMA's COT has been invited
to perform at this years Southern California Music Awards on Saturday
February 11, sponsored by LA's Indie 103.1 FM.
